My pricing reflects not just time, but the professional standards behind Serendipawty, including:

Even outside of my working hours, I regularly dedicate time to further study, seminars, and conferences so I can continue improving the level of care I provide.
These ongoing commitments help ensure that your dog is cared for by someone who is trained, prepared, insured, and fully accountable — giving you peace of mind at all times.
While my standard hourly rate is £15, I do offer significantly reduced rates for longer bookings. For example, a full day from 10:00 to 18:00 would usually total £120, however I charge £60, while maintaining the same high standard of care.
For overnight stays, although much of the time may be spent sleeping, I am still on hand and fully responsible for your pet throughout the entire 24-hour period. When this is considered, the overall hourly rate becomes quite low, and over time this isn’t always sustainable in the long term.

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to your service beginning.
